SHIPPING

Shipments from POP-i are managed through our partner, DHL EXPRESS and are always free of charge.

 

All orders are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transport.

 

It is important that you check the condition of the packaging before accepting delivery.

 

Please note that we cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes.

 

We process and send orders during working hours, from Monday to Thursday 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM and Fridays from 8:00 to 4:00 PM.

Shipping cost

We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping worldwide on orders over 100€.
Any taxes or duty fees incurred by shipping to overseas addresses are the responsibility of the customer and these costs cannot be reclaimed from POP-i.

 

For orders under 100€, the shipping cost will be automatically calculated at the checkout page. 

 

Estimated transit times

 

Orders will be expedited in the 24 hours following payment within our working hours.

Delivery times may vary depending on the country being shipped to.


Spain and Portugal: 1-3 working days
European Union: 2-5 working days
United Kingdom: 3-6 working days
United States: 5-7 working days

Deliveries to other countries: 6-8 business days, depending on customs.

Tracking an order

 

As soon as we have sent your order, you will receive an email informing you of the tracking number and the link to track your package.

Our partner, DHL Express provides you with the On Demand Delivery service by which you will be able to modify the delivery place or time whilst the package is in transit.

Change or cancel my order

If you would like to make changes to your order after it is placed please contact us immediately at info@pop-i.art .We will do our best to accommodate, however, we cannot modify orders after they’ve been packed for shipment.

Send a pair of POP-i as a gift


The recipient will not receive the invoice in the package. You will receive it directly by mail to reduce waste as much as possible.

Customs duties and Import fees

 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER have to pay customs duties and import fees.

 

If the delivery address is in a country outside the EU, items in your order may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

Your order will usually be retained in customs upon arrival in your country, waiting for you to comply with the payment of duties and taxes. If you don't, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to POP-i warehouse. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

RETURNS 

You can return a purchased product through this web site, completely free of charge within a period of 15 days from the date on which you received the order.

 

We do not exchange products. If you require a product exchange, you must return the received article and make a new purchase.

 

Please fill in the contact form and we will collect the product at the address supplied by you. Our Customer Service department will proceed to pay your invoice and will refund you with the total amount of your order after checking that the product has been received in the same condition as it was sent and that it contains all its original packaging.

 

If we receive your returned article without all the packaging, 10 Euros will be deducted from the amount of your refund to cover the reconditioning expenses.

 

POP-i will proceed with the refund within a maximum period of 15 days from the reception date of the returned article, and you will be sent a confirmation email.

 

All refunds will be made using the original method of payment.

Cost of the return shipment


You will not pay the cost of the return for orders over 100€ in the EU as we will cover the cost of the return shipment. For orders under 100€, we will deduct the shipment cost plus any taxes the shipment might be subject to.  

 

For the rest of the world (including UK), yes. We will deduct the shipment fee (35€) plus any taxes the shipment might be subject to.
